Introducing… Ministry Boost

It’s been a dream of mine for over a decade to help churches and church leaders reach their full potential. Over the past number of years, I’ve had the privilege of doing that through a number of avenues, including this blog, the podcast, coaching, consulting, and speaking at events. In just the past 2 years I have really enjoyed helping leaders through the Volunteer Playbook course and Mastermind Groups (coaching networks) we have run for leaders in children’s, student, and family ministry. Now, I’m excited to introduce something new called Ministry Boost:

Ministry Boost is a new organization started by myself, Kenny Conley, and Kevin Monahan. We’re just three NextGen Pastors who want to help churches and church leaders fast-forward growth in their ministries. Through Ministry Boost, we’ll provide training, coaching, and consulting for leaders in NextGen Ministry. It’s very similar to what we have done, but now it’s under a new organization and we’re expanding it significantly this fall.

Free Online Event: Aug 23

As part of the launch of Ministry Boost, we’re hosting a FREE Online Training Event for NextGen Ministry leaders on Thursday, August 23 from 1-4PM EDT. It will include 6 sessions on topics that are foundational to family ministry:
