Tony Morgan – The Loudest Voice – Another great post from Tony.  He had a good week.

Doug Foltz – How Big Should the Launch Team Be? – One of the hardest parts of planting a church, right up there with raising the necessary funds.

Tim Stevens – If You Don't Protect Your Kids In The Digital World-Who Will? – Tim gives insight into all the things he does to protect his children in a digital world.

Carey Nieuwhof – How to Lose at Success – Great thoughts from Carey about how "the greatest threat to your dependence on God is your current success."

Bobby Gruenewald – Teens & Technology: A Survey – I've never even heard of a few of those most popular websites, dang.

Rich Barrett – Salary Caps for CEOs? – Great thoughts about God's perspective on rich people.

Seth Godin – No More Big Events – Interesting thought that could have ramifications on church planting. His follow up post is relevant as well.

Tony Morgan – Does the Church Need a Building? – The obvious answer is no, but if it's extremely helpful to reaching unchurched people in your context, then yes.

Brad Lomenick – What Makes a Great Team? – Brad talks about qualities of a great team in light of the Super Bowl teams and circumstances surrounding them.

Ben Arment – Calling All Angels – Cool story. I don't think you can believe in Jesus and not believe in angels.

Craig Groeschel – Actions Versus Intentions – Craig talks about how we judge ourselves based on intention and others based on action.  Powerfully true.  

Tony Morgan – Change – Tony lists some characteristics of change, and they are important because of the one he mentiond – organizations that don't change die

Carey Nieuwhof – Shift Responsibility, Fuel Your Growth – Carey asks the question: Who is responsible for your spiritual growth?  Hopefully you're not surprised to find out it's YOU.

Seth Godin – Random Rules for Ideas Worth Spreading – It's ridiculous how Seth produces amazing content almost daily.

Ben Arment – The Anatomy of a Crowd – I'm REALLY looking forward to the release of Ben's new book, Church in the Making, where he explores some of the sociological factors in church planting.

Carey Nieuwhof – Crisis Reveals Character – It's been said that crisis or adversity builds character, but even if that's true it definitely reveals true character first.  How we respond depends on if it builds it.

ChurchCrunch – 10 Reasons Why Your Church Should Seriously Consider Google Apps – Google rocks, period.

Ed Stetzer – What is a Missional Church? – Ed posted the same video I posted the other day, and people shared their thoughts in the comments.

Carlos Whittaker – The TED Commandments – rules every speaker needs to know – Great for anybody who communicates in front of people

Orange Leaders – The future……it's coming – Good reminder to make time to plan for the future rather than simply react to the past or present.

Steven Furtick – What is that to you? – Steven reminds us with wisdom from the Bible that we shouldn't be concerned with how God blesses or uses others, but rather we should be consider with how we respond to what we have been entrusted with.

Tony Morgan – Leading vs. Managing – It's always helpful to identify how much of each we are doing when leading a team

Mark Batterson – The Art of Gleaning – Mark had a lot of great posts this week and this one was my favorite

OrangeLeaders.com – Multiplying Yourself – I love the new Orange Leaders site and look forward to the blog posts on there.  This is a great one about developing leaders.

Passion City Church – Extravagant Worship – I link to this because Louie mentioned that he wants Passion City Church to be a church that thinks outwardly first and inwardly second.  Love that.

Steven Furtick – You Don't Want To Know – Interesting perspective I hadn't really thought much about before.  I sort of want to know everything :)

Mark Batterson – Remember When – Great reminder on the importance of remembering God's faithfulness in the past……with a great Chris Farley reference as well.

Vince Antonucci – But Why Would….(Pt 1 of 3) – The first in a series of three posts that Vince wrote about why unchurched people would be interested in helping launch a church.  Parts two and three are here and here

Steven Furtick – I Am Not Ashamed – We shouldn't be ashamed either

Perry Noble – Humble Confidence – I think that's a key component of great leadership and is just like what Jim Collins' refers to as "Level 5 Leader" and Thom Rainer refers to as an "Acts 6/7 Leader".

Anne Jackson – Women Church Planters?Dave Ferguson asked Anne if she knew any, so she threw it out on her blog.  I was surprised at the lack of debate, since a question like that would usually bring it out of people.

Sccot Rodgers (LifeChurch.tv) – Teachability Is A Must – Great perspective and reading it made me question how teachable I am.

John Maxwell – It's about time! – John's thoughts on leadership are always practical and helpful.  

Inside North Point Kids – Family Birthday Celebration – A cool look at how North Point celebrates children's baptisms.
