I want to serve churches to help them reach their full potential and having a great children’s ministry is part of that. My experience comes from leading the children’s ministry of Community Christian Church from before we launched our church until now along with networking with tons of children’s ministry leaders in churches from 100-4000 in size. I’ve learned a lot from those experiences and from being a committed volunteer before any of that.

- Strategy – curriculum, volunteering, leadership development, long term planning, space issues, staffing challenges, partnering with parents and the relationship between the children’s ministry and the church.
- Systems – systems create behaviors and I can help you evaluate your current systems and suggest ways to improve or add new ones. Systems include volunteer recruiting, curriculum implementation, volunteer development and care, coaching, large group production, small groups for kids, family production, staffing and structure.
- Communication – with volunteers and parents including all forms (face to face, phone, email, mailings, website, Facebook and other social media, etc).
