Andy is part of an organization called Greenhouse that puts on one-day children's ministry volunteers training and a one-day youth ministry volunteers training.We walk through what he and his team have learned in doing these events and how we can take those lessons to better train and equip our own volunteers.

  1. Provide opportunities for your leaders and volunteers to hear from other leaders
  2. Take your team to Lead Kids or Lead Youth, or go individually and bring back ideas for training and networking in your area
  3. Create a plan to invest in your volunteers this year. Maybe begin having one-on-ones or scheduling regular trainings and vision nights.
