    Behavior Management in kids ministry

    • General but specific rules (expected behaviors)
    • Consequences:
      • Warning (verbal acknowledgment)
      • Move to another location (remove the distraction)
      • Moved from everyone and parents/families are told
    • Involve high-capacity leaders in this redirection and discipline
